Youth Development Coach
- 12 hours of training prepares adult learners (teachers, support staff, sport coaches, out-of-school professionals, etc.) for immediate youth impact through engaging and interactive workshops
- Additional training available to improve skills and increase growth
- Receive on-going access to the Discover You™ platform and professional learning community
Professional Learning
- High-quality trainers provide workshops designed to meet organizations needs
- Adults learn and grow personally while gaining skills to build real relationships with youth
- Create a culture of mental and emotional wellbeing with consistent language, messaging and goals
Direct Service
- Discover You™ programing offered to youth in classrooms, out-of-school time activities, and athletic settings
- Delivered by a licensed Discover You™ coach
- Provides local resources and information to youth and their families
Professional Learning Leaders
- Gain additional presentation skills and 10 workshops to provide to parents, support staff, teachers, student resource officers, volunteers, and out-of-school time staff, that reinforce the mental and emotional wellbeing concepts being provided to youth
- Receive on-going access to the Discover You™ platform and professional learning community
- Support mental and emotional wellbeing for adults and youth
Consulting
- Receive experienced support to secure buy-in from key stakeholders
- Assess organization needs and align to initiatives accordingly
- Implement Discover You™ programing throughout the organization
