In 2023, Cindy joined The ROCK Center for Youth Development as the Discover You™ Partnership Specialist.  Cindy brings over 25 years of professional experience in corporate executive and office management, along with many years of volunteerism in various nonprofit organizations. Her life experiences embedded in her a passion for impacting youth with a desire to see them thrive in life. Cindy held several additional positions including Youth Leader, Children’s Director, adult mentor, and as a board member for a nonprofit adoption advocacy organization held the position of Secretary. As a member of the team Discover You™, Cindy is elated and inspired that the unique comprehensive combination of her passion for making a difference in the lives of youth, and her personal and professional experiences have aligned to continue to be able to impact youth to grow into successful adults with necessary foundational life skills.

Cindy lives by the motto “Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire”, and is known for her leadership skills, genuine ability to be aware of others’ feelings or needs, kindness, compassion, and her acute sense of humor.
