Each program includes 6 hours of interactive training with Fostering Resilient Youth partnered with 6 hours of one Youth Development Program. Training is offered over 6 weeks and conducted in two 1-hour sessions.

Fostering Resilient Youth is a prerequisite and must be taken before or in conjunction with a Youth Development Program.
