Tina is the Training Coordinator for the Discover You™ team, as well as Coach and Trainer. She has 30+ years of project management, communications and engagement experience in the corporate, nonprofit and educational sectors. She loves people and works to build strong relationships and connections that engage and create impact stories.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She has lived in Midland with her husband and four daughters for 32 years. She is an active resident and civic leader that believes in serving and giving back. Tina is a board member with the Leadership Midland Alumni Association and Keep America Beautiful – Midland affiliate; member of Midland Noon Rotary and the Midland 100 Club; serves in many areas at her church, through global missions, youth mentor and discipleship leader and has spent many years coaching recreational, middle school and travel sports and now is a sports official.

Tina is known for her high energy, dedication, positive outlook and making meaningful connections while bringing others together for great purposes.
